Dave has been playing drums for 30 years and teaching privately for the last seven. He has studied drums from a very young age with various instructors in the New England area. His studies have included Rock, Jazz, Blues and Latin music. He has experience playing in the live environment as well as doing studio recordings. His curriculum includes learning to read drum music, learning rudiments, drum beats and drum fills. He also focuses on proper timing and tempo as well as understanding rhythm and musicality always with an emphasis on fun and a relaxed atmosphere.
